Parkside Terraces is being developed by an experienced team of property and construction professionals at Edward James Properties Pty Ltd.

The Edward James Properties team bring more than 40 years of combined property experience to this project. The team has been involved in the delivery of numerous residential, commercial and mixed use property developments with a combined end value in excess of $1billion.

The development of numerous boutique and large-scale residential developments in Queensland has been heavily influenced by the EJP team who held key senior positions and provided ongoing guidance during the development of the following sample of residential projects:

Marcel Russ – Managing Director

Marcel Russ – Managing Director

Marcel is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a registered valuer in Queensland with over 10 years experience in the Australian property industry. Marcel has held senior positions at DTZ and Macquarie Bank where he had key responsibility in the delivery of multiple land subdivision and built form residential property developments, maximising development value on projects across Australia.
Duncan Elliott – Director and Project Manager

Duncan Elliott – Director & Project Manager

Duncan is an accomplished Project Manager with 8 years site management experience delivering large scale construction projects in the retail, commercial, leisure and residential sectors at sites throughout the UK and in Australia. Working for leading contractor PC Harrington in the UK and Laing O’Rourke in Australia, Duncan has delivered multiple fast track construction projects.
 
Gerald Heathcote – Director

Gerald Heathcote – Director

Gerald is a Civil Engineer and licenced real estate agent, with more than 15 years of experience in the Australian real estate industry. He has spent the last 10 years as a Director and Development Manager for a successful private development company, who specialise in land development, housing construction, property management and investment sales. Prior to this, Gerald spent 5 years as the Victorian sales manager for ASX listed Kurts Developments Ltd.
