The government are now developing the Petrie to Redcliffe rail link that will provide a train station 500m from Parkside Terraces providing direct rail services to the Brisbane CBD and the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.
In addition, the State Government is building a new State-of-the-Art High School at Murrumba Downs, 200 metres from Parkside Terraces and due to open in 2012.
